Can I expand my website later?
Absolutely. Every site is built with growth in mind from the very beginning. Whether you start with the Seed Package and later step into Harvest, or simply want to add new pages, services, or digital products down the road, your website is thoughtfully structured to expand without needing to start over. Growth should feel natural, not disruptive. Expansion options are available whenever you are ready for the next step.
What is the timeline?
Timelines vary based on package and scope, but most projects follow this rhythm:
Seed: approximately 2 to 3 weeks
Harvest: approximately 4 to 6 weeks
Honey From the Rock: approximately 6 to 10 weeks
Timelines begin once all onboarding materials and required content have been received. Clear communication and prompt feedback help keep everything moving smoothly.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. To reserve your project start date, a 50 percent deposit is required. The remaining balance is divided into structured milestone payments throughout the build process.
Each payment milestone aligns with key project phases to ensure clarity and forward momentum.
For clients who prefer simplicity, a small courtesy discount is available for projects paid in full prior to kickoff.
Full payment terms are clearly outlined in your project agreement so expectations are transparent from the start.
What platform do you build on?
All websites are thoughtfully built using modern, flexible platforms such as Gamma and Webflow, depending on your project’s needs and long-term goals.
Gamma allows for beautifully structured, fast-loading websites with clean design and intuitive navigation. For businesses requiring more advanced functionality, custom CMS capabilities, or dynamic content filtering, Webflow provides a powerful and scalable framework.
The platform selected for your project is chosen intentionally to support both your current season and future growth.
Is hosting included?
Hosting is not included in your package investment and is billed directly through the platform used for your site build. This ensures your hosting account remains entirely in your name and under your control.
You will be guided through setup and supported in selecting the plan that best fits your functionality and growth needs.
Do I need me own Gamma or Webflow account?
Yes. Your website will be built within your own Gamma or Webflow account so you retain full ownership and control of your site and hosting.
If you do not already have an account, you will be guided through the setup process step by step before the build begins. The account and hosting plan will be registered in your name, ensuring you always maintain direct access and authority over your website.
Platform subscription fees are billed directly by Gamma or Webflow and are separate from your website investment.
This approach protects your ownership and keeps everything transparent from the start.
Can you build the site in your account and transfer it to me later?
Yes, this option is available for clients who prefer not to set up their account at the beginning of the project.
In this case, your website will be built within a temporary development workspace and transferred to your Gamma or Webflow account prior to launch. Before transfer, you will create your own account and select your hosting plan. Once the site is transferred and launched, full ownership and platform management shift to you.
Please note that transfer must be completed before final payment and launch. Ongoing access to the development account is not included.
*Account setup and transfer service is an additional $250.
Will I be able to edit my site?
Absolutely! Yes. Every project includes a personalized training video walkthrough so you can confidently make simple updates on your own.
Your website will be thoughtfully organized so edits feel manageable and intuitive. If you prefer not to handle updates yourself, optional Website Care Plans and quarterly refresh options are available for ongoing support.
What do you need from me to begin?
A successful website build requires collaboration and clarity. Before we begin, you should have a general understanding of your services, target audience, and goals.
You do not need everything perfectly written or finalized, that is part of the process. However, you should be ready to invest time in providing content, feedback, and thoughtful responses during the build.
